I'm a writer, educator, and adventurer. As a student of school psychology, I apply research-based practice and data-based decision-making to outdoor adventure education. In whatever I take on, I facilitate experiences that put students in the center of their own learning by presenting them with real-world problems requiring collaboration. This is what it means to be an experiential educator.

Coordinate eight weeks of five-day, outdoor, adventure trips for low-income and at-risk New Hampshire teens in the intermediate phase of the program
Introduced positive behavior supports within a multi-tiered system of support

Developed sequenced and explicit policies and procedures for trip enrollment, logistics, planning, and operations
Introduced participant reports with qualitative and quantitative data from trips
